Nokia 8.1 is starting to receive an Android 10 update, the first smartphone from Nokia to get Android 10. Launched in December last year in India, Nokia 8.1 received a good response from Nokia Loyal users and has proved a strong contender among mid-ranged budget android devices.
Nokia 8.1 came with a price tag of Rs. 26,999 and eventually slashed to 15,999 for 4GB+64GB variant. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710, Nokia 8.1 came loaded with Android 9.0 Pie. With a decent battery capacity of 3500mAh, this smartphone is one of the best smartphones launched by HMD Global in the Indian market, which makes it one of the most affordable smartphones available to run Android 10.
Nokia 8.1 users will receive Android Q via an OTA(Over-the-air) update and the rollout is likely going to take place in multiple phases.
Android 10 bringing out some of the amazing features like gesture navigation which makes the user experience fluid and intuitive focus mode, dark theme, advanced privacy controls over your personal data.
HMD has announced plans to roll out Android 10 for Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 9 PureView.
