Nokia launches another Entry Level Smartphone, Nokia 1.4, with Dual Rear Cameras, 4,000mAh Battery

Nokia has launched as an entry-level smartphone, Nokia 1.4, a successor to last year’s Nokia 1.3 smartphone, running on Android 10 (Go Edition) Operating System. The phone sports a water-drop display housing the 5 MP Selfie camera, and a 6.51-inch HD+ display on the front. The rear end has a circular camera module sporting a dual setup of 8MP + 2 MP, a physical fingerprint sensor, and Nokia branding below.

The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 215 SoC, and an Adreno 308 GPU. The phone has 3 variants with a base model that has 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The other two variants has 1GB & 3GB RAM, along with 32GB & 64GB ROM respectively. The storage can be expanded to 128GB via microSD card on all three variants.

The phone sports a 6.51-inch HD+ resolution display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Other specifications include dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio, GPS, and a micro USB port. The phone is powered by a 4000mAh battery having 5W charging support. The device includes sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor. The measurement of the phone is 166.42 × 76.72 × 8.7mm and weighs 178 grams.

The base model (1GB/16GB) price is revealed as $99 (approximately Rs. 7,200) whereas the prices for 1GB + 32GB and 3GB + 64GB configurations are yet to be officially revealed.
